A faster way to roll croissants than by handThis custom-made electric tool consists of prongs attached to a driver drill. (Prongs are removable.) To use, drape a side of your triangle dough piece over the prongs and press the right-or-left button (according to which side of the triangle you're standing to) to roll the triangle into a croissant.
