This is exactly what I need to hide ugly on an older truck and also serve as durable protection. Highly recommended!Used this product on a truck and had no issue with it fading or chipping. I had previously used a different brand that was also tinted and even with proper preparation it did not last more than 12 months before it came off in spots. It has been 2 years and the Durabak still looks as good as the day I applied it with no chipping. This is my go to company. Will buy for future projectsPurchased based on Project Farm review on Youtube. Used to bed-line my pickup tailgate inner panel. Can is shipped with 4 locking clips. If you can manage to remove the clips without piercing the container, you'll be lucky to remove the lid. Using a correct size flat-head screw driver, the upper lid of the cover which is rolled over, unrolled - making getting the lid off a 45 minute exercise in complete frustration. The result, a can which cannot be recovered with the lid between coats. The material in the can bonded the lid to the container as evidence of hardened material on the inside of the lid immediately after opening.Their recommendation of going to their website to review the complete list of application instructions is imperative. Wording on back of can is illegible (too small).1st thin coat was applied with success. 2nd thin coat was a disaster leaving a sharp, rough surface. Not so good on the hands as I had purchased their "smooth coating" product.Would not purchase again.I ordered smooth , with the smooth rollers and got these super rough rollers and what came out textured. Threw the rollers away, they were nuts, they rolled a ton of stuff on. Used smooth rollers and it still came out textured ( no granules in it). If I would have gotten what I ordered , I would have gave it 5 stars , because it hasn't faded or anything. Looks like the day I put it on . Old paint literally fell off, from the Texas sun and rained then froze. Off it came.(cheap paint on a trailer). The Durabak so far seems unaffected by the sun, but I can't letter the company trailer again with it textured. Have to get signs made or sand it smooth and try again. anyhow, great stuff, just needs to be what you order and it's too expensive for shipping mistakes or whatever.Paid extra for this, just for the roller. Didn't even receive a roller with it.Went on smooth and uniform. Dried Quickly. Used nylon cup bristle brush for drill to prep surface and wiped down with xylene before applying. Used xylene to clean up accidents quicklyGreat product.. but if you get a roller shouldn't you get the handle with it.. but all in all looked great
