The product seems simple and it it but it has the ability to be used on multiple areas of the body and provide a compression to the muscle that is otherwise hard to achieve. You may be inclined to squeeze it into the muscle but it seems better when applied gently to move tight fascia around for better mobility. Sometimes I just clamp it in an area and just let it sit there for a few minutes. The product is tension based and has greater pressure on larger areas like your thigh which I imagine would provide deeper pressure for people with larger body areas. I'm very thin and it doesn't have alot of pressure on small areas like lower leg or arm. I would recommend it for use almost anywhere on the body for pain except inflamed skin such as cellulitis.Bought this for my cramped legs and it does exactly what I need it to.I have a muscle gun which is better for someone else to use on you. I really wanted something for my legs after runs and leg days I could use for relief by myself. This is perfect and I’ve already recommended it.Wish I had gotten a lil bigger oneeasy to do, I m using mine when I watch TV. I bought one for my friendI use on my legs. Easy to reach.
